Cape Town Region: Developments Manager

Minimum requirements: Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer Proven experience as a Development Manager (/- 5 years) This role will ensure the effective and efficient management of the Developments department Business Acumen a hunger to grow the Developments department and generation of leads and share market intelligence Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy. Excellent understanding of market research methods timeous identification and effectively attending to problem areas and immediate escalation to Directors where necessary Ensure the management of all HR related matters effective utilization of internal and all related systems by employees manage information accordingly.
