About the Role

We are seeking an administrative consultant to join our observatory team, providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Offer high quality of customer support
  • Build sound customer relations
  • Responding to client and internal emails promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining organised records and filing systems

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 2-3 years experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
  • Valid drivers license
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
