About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to support our boutique luxury hotel in Cape Town. As part of our small team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, administration and day-to-day coordination of the property. If you have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservation enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare quotations, confirmations and maintain accurate booking records
- Monitor availability, rates and occupancy
- Maintain organised administrative systems and reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
- Reconcile bookings and payments
- Assist with financial administration including invoicing and reconciliations
- Follow up with departments to ensure administrative tasks and reporting are completed
- Provide occasional operational support and guest interaction when required
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in hotel reservations, front office or hospitality administration
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Confidence to follow up and keep departments accountable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Professional, warm and adaptable approach
- Experience in account management, bookkeeping or financial administration would be beneficial
