About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of House Sales Representative to grow the online and retail division of their business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a showroom environment, understands both high-end project clients and retail walk-in customers, and can confidently present, evaluate, and sell relevant products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients at our state-of-the-art showroom, providing product information and guiding them through their home automation journey.
- Extend invitations to industry partners to attend our showroom CPD talks and demonstrations.
- Manage social media platforms to engage with our audience and showcase our products and services.
- Contribute to the online store promotions and assist clients with inquiries and purchases.
- Assist in organizing and executing open-day events to promote our offerings.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- 23 years sales or marketing experience with references
- Understanding of home automation and audio visual and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in online store setup / management
- Experience in retail store and POS
- Knowledge of social media and marketing
