About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative, brand-aligned marketing strategies across our portfolio of hotels and resorts in Cape Town. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, visibility, and revenue through integrated multi-channel campaigns, while ensuring consistent brand standards across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage brand consistency across all platforms and properties
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content performance
- Lead B2C and B2B campaign execution and reporting
- Coordinate PR, media relations, and communications
- Support hotel teams with aligned marketing initiatives
- Manage budgets and track ROI and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years’ marketing experience (hospitality/travel preferred)
- Strong digital marketing and campaign management experience
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
