About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Associate to join our team at Premier Hotels & Resorts Ltd’s hotel in Umhlanga. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Manage reservations and provide accurate room availability information.
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with requests.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a positive image.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively.
Handle guest requests and complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
