About the Role
We are seeking a polished and service-driven Luxury Reservations Consultant to join our high-end hospitality portfolio in Cape Town. This role is designed for someone who understands that reservations are not just about bookings — but about crafting personalised guest journeys, driving conversion, and maximising revenue with care and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all guest enquiries (direct, OTA, email, and phone) with speed and professionalism
- Converting enquiries into confirmed, high-value bookings
- Delivering a bespoke, concierge-style guest experience
- Handling both individual and group reservations, including proposals and follow-ups
- Coordinating rooming lists and group requirements
- Driving upselling opportunities, add-ons, and curated packages
- Capturing detailed guest preferences, history, and special occasions
- Managing pre-arrival communication and special requests
