About the Role
A prestigious luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Manager to join its growing team in Cape Town. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth across MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), Leisure, and Corporate market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts across multiple segments.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic account management, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
- Conduct site inspections, client entertainment, and attend key trade and industry events.
- Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ luxury hotel sales experience (ideally 5 star level), with proven success in MICE, leisure, and corporate markets.
- Strong network of local and international travel industry contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management
