About the Role
Meltrade 187 cc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing our stock levels, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all stock orders, deliveries, and supplier invoices
- Conduct daily stock counts
- Maintain accurate stock records and identify variances promptly
- Ensure correct storage, rotation, and labelling of all stock

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry with food and beverage stock control
