About the Role
Ares Holdings is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our footwear and apparel store in V&A, Cape Town. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a deep connection to youth culture, skate, music, and fashion. The ideal candidate will be sales- and KPI-driven, with strong leadership skills and the ability to act as a true brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective merchandise planning and visual merchandising
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Act as a true brand ambassador, promoting Ares Holdings’ values and mission
Requirements
- 2 years of management experience
- 34 years of retail experience
- Extreme Sports knowledge advantageous
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Qualifications
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
