Job Description
As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance the retail experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create impactful marketing campaigns and promotions. Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and track industry trends.
- Manage and develop relationships with marketing agencies and vendors.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance using data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as buying, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support marketing goals.
- Manage and collaborate with store managers to ensure effective campaign execution and brand consistency across all locations.
- Track and analyse the performance of retail marketing campaigns to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the development of engaging content for in-store marketing materials
- Create marketing campaigns specifically targeted to in-store customers, including point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional events.
- Create a strategy for sponsorships, manage the sponsorship budget, allocate marketing sponsorship budgets based on best partnerships with the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail marketing or related roles
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
