As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance the retail experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create impactful marketing campaigns and promotions. Responsibilities:

•  Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and track industry trends.

• Manage and develop relationships with marketing agencies and vendors.

• Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.

• Analyse marketing campaign performance using data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
• Collaborate with other departments, such as buying, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support marketing goals.

• Manage and collaborate with store managers to ensure effective campaign execution and brand consistency across all locations.

• Track and analyse the performance of retail marketing campaigns to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the development of engaging content for in-store marketing materials
• Create marketing campaigns specifically targeted to in-store customers, including point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional events.
• Create a strategy for sponsorships, manage the sponsorship budget, allocate marketing sponsorship budgets based on best partnerships with the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail marketing or related roles
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
