About the Role
Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment agency seeking a skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager for an education centre based in Cape Town. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s revenue generation and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize revenue operations processes to ensure seamless flow and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align strategies and drive revenue growth
- Utilize revenue intelligence tools and CRM systems to track, analyse, and derive insights from revenue-related data
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through effective data management and analytics
- Forecast revenue performance and provide financial projections to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and mitigate risks through effective management
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and maximize revenue
Requirements
- Previous experience in revenue operations or related roles
- Solid understanding of revenue operations principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
