About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a high-visibility programme within the Store Operations space. This role will sit close to the business and requires someone who can engage confidently with the Head of Store Operations as the key business owner, while also working across other senior executives and impacted business areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive a strategic Store Operations programme
• Ensure that business objectives are clearly understood
• Manage delivery teams and align dependencies
• Provide executive stakeholders with clear visibility of progress, risks, and decisions required
• Operate at both strategic and execution levels to engage senior stakeholders while managing detail for change in a large operational retail environment
Requirements
• Senior, assertive, and credible with executive stakeholders
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Experienced in retail, store operations, branch operations, distribution, customer operations, or large operational environments
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams
• Strong in programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
