About the Role
Flink Recruitment is seeking a skilled Fitter & Turner with experience in CNC machinery operation to join our team in Vanderbijlpark. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, manufacturing precision components, and performing machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery
- Manufacture precision components
- Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Conduct quality inspections
- Program and optimise CNC operations
- Maintain machining records
- Ensure adherence to tolerances and specifications
Requirements
- Trade Tested Fitter & Turner
- Minimum 5 years’ machining experience
- CNC programming and operation experience
- Workshop manufacturing experience essential
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Experience with precision measurement instruments
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, trade testing as a Fitter & Turner is mandatory.
