About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Trails Guide to join our team, delivering exceptional service and unforgettable safari experiences for our guests. As a key member of our lodge’s operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an outstanding time on our trails.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead guided trail walks and provide expert knowledge of the wilderness area
- Ensure guest safety and well-being at all times
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery
- Collaborate with other lodge staff to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a field guide
- All Guiding documentation (First Aid, FGASA, NDT, PDP, ARH, etc) must be fully up to date and valid
- Possession of a valid drivers license is essential
- Advantages: FGASA NQF4 Trails qualification
