Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is currently assisting a leading logistics company based in Cape Town in their search for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of materials and products throughout the supply chain to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution.
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Track and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers and negotiate pricing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to supply chain activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain activities.
