About the Role
Dante Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centurion: Debtors Clerk / Financial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment from debtors, managing credit limits, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Debtor Invoicing
- Debtor Credit Notes Processing
- Debtor credit applications
- Managing Debtor Credit limits on CGIC
- Ensuring all debtors are paid on time or blocked if not paid
- Archiving Stationary Reception
- Backup
Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
- Experience with Sage Evolution software
- Matric certificate required
- Bookkeeping Certificate an advantage
