About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Dealerships Sales in our online auctioneering sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective strategies to achieve business objectives. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented national sales team and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets and exceed performance metrics
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or similar equivalent
- Previous working experience as a National Sales Manager for 3 years or more
- Applicable experience of sales performance metrics
- Motor industry experience (advantageous)
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (advantageous)
