About the Role
Our company is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to drive sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Clearly and concisely communicate across internal departments and with customers
- Balance customer needs and company needs effectively
- Order entry and tracking
- Participate in meetings with sales representatives to discuss projects, account issues, accounts receivable issues, inventory issues, etc.
- Provide feedback to management for continual process improvement
- Perform at or exceed team and individual revenue and profit sales goals as assigned by managers
