About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at an established Golf Club/Venue & Restaurant in Centurion. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless food preparation, management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Food preparation
Stock control
Setting up food stations
Food quality control
Coordinating with the head chef to manage a busy kitchen operation
Leading other cooks in a team environment
Assisting with events and functions that require different types of food delivery

Requirements
