About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals Midrand in Centurion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional reception services, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties
  • Printing and collation of learning material
  • Preparation of classrooms and admin with regards to training, such as preparing attendance registers, preparing documentation and learning material for onsite and offsite training
  • Courier of documents and learning material
  • Food orders for students (we provide lunches for our students)
  • Stock taking of stationery and other supplies
  • Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant qualifications and experience
  • Must stay in or around Centurion area
