Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting processes, including monthly management accounts and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage forex-related transactions and fund flow (FFF) processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting support, and financial analysis.
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• BCom degree with completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (essential).
• Minimum of 3 years post-articles experience.
• Experience working with forex and FFF (fund flow management) processes advantageous.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and monthly reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
