About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual functions of a large-scale project environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost control, contract administration, procurement coordination, risk management, and ensuring the commercial success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial controls.
• Review and administer contracts, subcontract agreements, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor procurement processes and payment certifications.
• Prepare and present commercial reports to management.
• Support project teams with commercial guidance and dispute resolution.

Requirements

Strong understanding of contracts, project costing, and procurement processes. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant commercial management software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related field.
