About the Role
Talent Fox SA is seeking a highly organised and results-driven Customer Service Executive to lead their customer service department in Durban. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where relationship building, service excellence, and leadership are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service department
- Oversee and support customer service consultants
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Build strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Maintain efficient processes and high service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry (food manufacturing advantageous)
- Previous team leadership / supervisory experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage daily customer interactions and build relationships
- Confident in upselling and driving customer retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
