About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team in Queensburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong sales skills and experience in engineering-related products such as IT and electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through outbound calls, client visits, and lead follow-ups.
- Promote and sell IT, electronic, and engineering products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide professional after-sales support and customer service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (essential)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales environment
- Telesales experience is essential
- Proven experience selling engineering-related products, including IT, electronics, or technical solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
- Valid drivers license will be advantageous
