About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager / Sales Representative to join our fast-paced café in the heart of Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining brand standards in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Kloof Street store
  • Manage and support store staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
  • Manage daily admin and reporting
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding ordering
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
  • Actively generate new sales opportunities for corporate catering, office lunches and wellness programs, wholesale partnerships, retail product placements
  • Visit local businesses, gyms, offices, and retailers to introduce Nourishd products
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential corporate clients
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into ongoing customers
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or cafe management experience
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills
  • Confident approaching businesses and presenting products
  • A strong understanding of veganism as well as gluten-free lifestyle
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Comfortable managing a team
