Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 National Diploma or Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting or related qualification 5 years’ experience in a similar role Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), CA(SA) or CIMA – Highly advantageous Main responsibilities: Financial Strategy: Provide support on the Financial Strategic Plans General Financial Management & Reporting: Provide financial analysis and support to management and all operational areas of the business Review and action financial variances (Budget / Forecast) Review the BU/ Plant Flash Results and analyse variances Review and action Balance Sheet Account variances Prepare financial reports and returns Generate information and reports for internal and external use Financial Management Systems: Manage and maintain the accounting and business intelligence systems Administer the Feltex Management Information System Internal Control: Design, document and implement Internal Controls Maintain and Review the Risk Register Comply with Internal Controls Budgets: Prepare the consolidated Budget process and timing plan Review Operational budgets Co-ordinate and consolidate all budgets Forecasts: Prepare the consolidated forecast process and timing plan Co-ordinate and consolidate all forecasts Review all forecasts Financial Pack: Prepare and circulate the Monthly BU Financial Pack Prepare financial reports and returns (Monthly BU/Plant Financial Pack) Flash Results: Review the BU Flash Results and action variances Review the BU/ Plant Flash Results and analyse variances CAPEX & Fixed Assets: Consolidate & maintain the BU/Plant Capex Reports Review CAPEX spend Support useful life and residual value of Fixed Assets analysis Tooling: Consolidate & maintain the BU/Plant Tooling Reports Weekly Sales Report: Review Weekly Sales Reports General: Comply with IFRS General Ledger: Review Balance Sheet Account reconciliations Review and authorise Journal entries Audits and Year-End Processes: Prepare the consolidated Audit plan Prepare and plan Year-end Statutory Audit (external and internal) in line with the consolidated Audit plan Prepare reporting Accounting, Audit and Tax Packs Facilitate completion of financial statements for Legal entities Conduct a final Review and submit to Holding Company Banking: Release weekly bank transfers (creditors and wages) Review and authorise Creditors payments Cash Management: Oversee cash management function of the BU. Monitor daily cash positions and cash flows to ensure settlement and maximise performance Manage cash flow and working capital Debtors Management: Oversee debtors’ function of the BU. Facilitate and input into debtors’ management process Review debtors age analysis, providing an analysis and action plans for debt collections Creditors: Oversee creditors function of the BU. Facilitate and input into creditors management process Review creditors age analysis and GRNI providing an analysis and action plans Forex: Manage Forex risk Review Forex Forecasts Statutory Returns: Ensure compliance with the general tax provisions Review Statutory Returns (VAT, PAYE, SDL, UIF, WCA) and ensure that they are submitted timeously Support process of Provisional/Income Tax returns Prepare and submit Government Incentive Applications Insurance: Review and submit Insurance Declarations File claims for losses Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations for improvements People Management: Ensure an enabling climate/culture Participate in the implementation and utilisation of equity related processes Compile and update Performance Contracts and Individual Development Plans and facilitate individual career path planning Conduct Performance Reviews and manage sub-standard performance

Manufacturing experience is key The Job: Report to the Financial Manager: Financial Strategy: Provide support on the financial strategic plan. General Financial Management, Reporting & Systems: Provide financial analysis and support to management and all operational areas. Review and action financial variances (budget/forecast). Manage and maintain the accounting and business intelligence systems. Implement, rollout and administer the Management Information System. Prepare and circulate the monthly financial pack. Prepare financial reports and returns. Internal Control: Design, document and implement internal controls. Maintain and review the risk register. Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations for improvements. Budgets and Forecasts: Prepare the consolidated budget and forecast process and timing plan. Review operational budgets and forecasts. Co-ordinate and consolidate all budgets and review all forecasts. Capex and Fixed Assets: Consolidate and maintain the business unit Capex reports. Review Capex spend. Audits and Year-End Processes: Prepare the consolidated audit plan. Prepare and plan year-end statutory audit (external and internal) in line with the consolidated audit plan. Prepare reporting accounting, audit and tax packs. Facilitate completion of financial statements for legal entities. Debtors and Cash Management: Oversee the debtors function of the business unit. Facilitate and input into the management process. Review debtors age analysis, providing an analysis and action plans for debt collections. Oversee cash management function of the business unit. Monitor daily cash positions and cash flows to ensure settlement and maximise performance. Manage cash flow and working capital. Calculate BU working capital for month end closing and analysis variances to actual performance. Forex: Manage Forex risk. Review Forex forecasts. Statutory Returns: Ensure compliance with the general tax provisions. Review Statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, SDL, UIF, WCA) and ensure they submitted on time. Support process of Provisional/Income Tax returns. Prepare and submit Government Incentive Applications. Insurance – review and submit Insurance declarations. Responsibilities:
Departmental Leadership: Manage the administration and accounts functions, ensuring strict compliance with gaming board regulations and policies. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to inspire and guide a finance team. Thorough knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements. Ability to thrive in a high-compliance, deadline-driven environment.

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AR / AP, cash flow, and monthly close process Develop and maintain detailed financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards Oversee project profitability tracking and resource utilization analysis Lead budget planning and forecasting processes Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures Handle payroll administration and benefits management Manage relationships with external partners including banks, auditors, and tax advisors Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor`s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 years of accounting / finance experience, preferably in professional services or digital marketing Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Experience with project-based accounting and resource allocation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with agency management software (e.g., Mavenlink, ClickUp) is an advantage Background in process improvement and systems implementation is a plus
