Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional goals and revenue targets
• Ensure compliance to customs and SARS requirements
• Oversee daily operations and manage regional budget and costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar.
• 5+ years experience in a senior leadership role within the logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of Logistics, Operations, regulations, Imports and Exports
• Commercial and Operational experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain, Logistics and refined metal exports in Africa
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Sound financial acumen and budgeting skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems
• Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
