About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our hotel team in Umhlanga as a Front Office Associate. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
