Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions
– Develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, videos, workbooks, and job aids
– Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
– Work closely with graphic designers, multimedia producers, and developers to create visually appealing and interactive content
– Conduct needs assessments, evaluations, and revisions to enhance the effectiveness of training programs
– Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve learning solutions
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an instructional designer or similar role
– Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
– Strong project management skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Experience working with clients and subject matter experts in various industries
