About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team in Durban, KZN. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and creating engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions
Develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, videos, workbooks, and job aids
Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Work closely with graphic designers, multimedia producers, and developers to create visually appealing and interactive content
Conduct needs assessments, evaluations, and revisions to enhance the effectiveness of training programs
Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve learning solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an instructional designer or similar role
Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with clients and subject matter experts in various industries
