About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team in Durban, KZN. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and creating engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions
- Develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, videos, workbooks, and job aids
- Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Work closely with graphic designers, multimedia producers, and developers to create visually appealing and interactive content
- Conduct needs assessments, evaluations, and revisions to enhance the effectiveness of training programs
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve learning solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an instructional designer or similar role
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with clients and subject matter experts in various industries
