Merchandiser

Location: Durban

Duties:

Display products in stores, and ensure necessary stock is always available

Keep up to date with and report on market trends and customers needs

Assemble product displays

Identify opportunities for store range expansions

Resolve customer queries

Determine customers training need

Train in store staff on products

Assist with Demo training days or Trade shows

Skills and Knowledge:

Intermediate English verbal communication skills

Intermediate English written skills

Novice MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience:

Experience in sales

Experience in hardware retail

Education:

National Senior Certificate
