About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Assistant to join our team in the Woodwork Department at Incanda. As a key member of our production team, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations by assisting with material handling, housekeeping, waste management, and general operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with woodwork waste management and material distribution
- Support machine shop operations as instructed by the line manager
- Move stock, materials, equipment, and furniture safely within the facility
- Load and off-load stock, furniture, and materials when required
- Assist production staff with general operational duties
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and operational standards
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or quality concerns
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by the line manager
