Join a forward-thinking organisation specialising in electronic security, access control and integrated technology solutions. In this role, you will act as the technical link between sales teams, partners and customers, providing pre-sales engineering support while driving new business opportunities.
You will work closely with distributors, system integrators and end-users to design tailored solutions, support system integration, and ensure technical excellence from concept through to project completion. This role offers strong exposure to cutting-edge technology, market growth opportunities and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security, access control and integrated systems market
- Provide technical pre-sales support to distributors, system integrators and end-users
- Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concept deployments and solution presentations
- Assist partners with solution design, system integration and product selection
- Drive sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with integrators, installers, distributors and corporate clients
- Provide technical guidance throughout the full project lifecycle, from design to implementation
- Conduct technical training sessions and product presentations for partners and customers
Education
- Relevant technical qualification in electronics, engineering, IT or a related field (advantageous)
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering or pre-sales support
- Experience in security technology, access control, surveillance systems, networking or biometrics will be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of IP networking, access control architectures and integrated systems
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear commercial value for customers
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong business development and relationship management capability
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally
