About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Durban, South Coast. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. If you have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries
- Write reports, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks
- Lead meetings, take minutes, and follow up with action items
Requirements
- Grade 12 Qualification in administration or relevant field would be an advantage
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Strong MS Office skills
- Own transport and valid driver’s license
