Durban: Procurement Administrator

Key Responsibilities: To accurately process and prepare purchase orders within the company on SAGE Evolution Sourcing quotations for goods and services with respect to quality and best price. Clear and concise feedback with Management and Suppliers. Updating of various spreadsheets and other administration software. Other general ad hoc administration as and when required. Requirements: Matric Minimum of 3 to 6 years’ work experience in similar role   SAGE evolution experience (preferrable)   Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook (email)   The ability to multitask with attention to detail  The ability to be disciplined and professional in dealing with colleagues, supervisors and suppliers
