About the Role
Our Client in Durban (Springfield) is seeking a sales representative to join their office team, with a focus on building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Client Relations
- Manage customer orders fast and efficiently
- Maintain, develop and grow the client database through continuous cold calling and canvassing including regular follow-ups.
- Follow call cycles as prescribed
- Display excellent product knowledge and a client-centric attitude
- Provide customer and after-sales support
- Prepare sales reports
- General Administration
Requirements
- Matric
- Excel and MS Office proficient
- Sales rep experience 2-4 years
- Knowledge of built-in Board will be advantageous (if applicable)
- Clear criminal record
