Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Representative with 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales to join their team in Springfield, Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff within the Springfield area. This is a field-based role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and clinics in the Springfield territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Achieve territory activity targets and support overall sales growth
- Conduct regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Submit weekly reports and maintain accurate call records using CRM tools
- Attend training, team meetings, and industry-related events as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric, and related qualification
- 1 to 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
