Location: Durban
Salary: R9 000 p.m. plus commission
Responsibilities:
• Manage and assist all Vodacom Stores
• Manage a team of Rica Agents and ensure that all targets are met across KwaZulu Natal.
• Experience with Vodacom M2 and C3D
• Retain existing business by building positive relationships with key personel and providing excellent service
• To ensure that positive relationships are built with customer base at all levels.
• Accurate feedback must be is given to customers.
• Ensuring that customers recieve professional, accurate quotations within 48 hours of the request.
• Feedback to customers via telephone and e-mail.
• Attention to detail on all admin
• Great Relationship building skills and deadline driven
• Able to perform well under pressure.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails;
• Ensuring the feedback is sent to head office timeously and accurately including reports
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
• Gathering market and customer information
• Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
Requirements:
• Must have own car and valid driver’s license
• Grade 12/ Matric
• Responsible, trustworthy and honest
• No criminal record Minimum of 2-3 years experience
