About the Role
Tsebo is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and maintain high food safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Lead; train, schedule, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
- Ensure outstanding customer service and handle escalated customer queries professionally
- Monitor and drive sales performance, upselling initiatives, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Manage stock levels, ordering, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimize wastage
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Control costs including labour, food, and operational expenses
- Drive local store marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately and securely
- Handle audits and ensure the site is always audit-ready
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery and operations
