Job Summary
Are you ready to bring the voltage to a fast-paced wholesale environment? We’re currently searching for a qualified CA(SA) with a sharp financial mind and strong leadership spark to step into a Finance Manager role at a growing company in the distribution space based in Prospecton. Our client is a well-established name in the wholesale distribution industry. Known for their customer-centric approach and strong market presence. You will manage the full finance function, oversee controls, reporting, and provide strategic insights that support decision-making at the highest level.
Duties include (not limited to)
- Lead and manage the finance department
- Prepare monthly management reports and present financial performance
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and internal controls
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Cash flow management and working capital optimisation
Education:
- Qualified CA(SA)
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience within a similar role
- Management experience required
- Wholesale experience beneficial
