What Youll Be Doing: Building strong, lasting relationships with prospective students and parents throughout the recruitment journey Driving student enrolments by actively identifying, nurturing, and converting leads Engaging with teachers, principals, and key stakeholders to expand recruitment channels Guiding applicants through every stage of the application and registration process Capturing and maintaining accurate CRM records of leads, appointments, applications, and registrations Tracking and reporting on individual sales performance, figures, and targets Following up on application and registration payments Managing administrative tasks including file creation, data capturing, and system updates What Were Looking For: A three-year Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or a related field Minimum of 2 years sales experience with strong closing ability Comfortable managing the full sales cycle Target-driven and thrives under pressure Confident communicator with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Proactive, organised, and self-motivated Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence (essential) Willingness to travel as required
