Duties and Responsibilities: Smooth & accurate processing of export documentation Communication with clients with regards to shipping updates & documents Producing accurate records of every shipment Efficent warehouse execution Customs export documents are processed accurately & on time Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain & Exports Related degree or diploma is advantageous Indepth knowledge of export documentation and processes and customs compliance Proficient in packing standards for containers/Air in fragile, bulk, hazardous Firm knowledge of costings (CBM vs Volumetric vs Actuals) Strong excel, Sage One, data analysis and cost tracking skills Coordination of shipments & vendors – international and local Process optimization Warehouse processing skills – GRV and GRN documentation ‘A’ team Player Strong organisational skills Strong communication skills and people engagement Embrace hard work and enjoy a fast pace environment Ambitious
