Debtors Administrator Durbanville | Logistics / Fleet Industry Monday – Friday | 07:00 – 16:00 A well-established and successful business in the logistics and fleet sector is seeking an experienced Debtors Administrator to join their dynamic team in Durbanville. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Perform general office duties Take and circulate minutes of meetings Update internal processes and procedures Maintain and update inventory records Pastel Accounting Functions Assist with pro-forma invoices and invoicing Capture financial data accurately Balance transactions and manage debtor accounts Communication Answer and manage incoming calls Handle emails professionally Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Requirements & Skills Matric certificate (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous) Fluent in Afrikaans and English 5 years’ experience in an office/administrative environment Strong Pastel Accounting experience (especially debtors) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Highly organised with the ability to multitask Able to work well under pressure Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information ✨ This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional looking for stability, structure, and a supportive working environment within a growing industry.
