About the Role
The Operations Manager Role Purpose is to oversee, manage, and optimise all operational activities across the business to ensure efficient execution, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives. The Operations Manager is responsible for translating strategy into execution, improving operational performance, and ensuring teams, processes, and resources work effectively together.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities across projects and business functions
- Ensure operational plans are executed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and systems
- Ensure alignment between operations, finance, sales, and project teams
- Monitor operational performance and address risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in an operations or operational management role
- Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional operations
- Strong planning, organisational, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
