About the Role
The Administration Manager/East London role at Work Africa is a multi-functional position involving Finance, HR & BBBEE functions that collectively fall under the title of Admin manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Group Finance Manager in key finance areas such as efficiency & productivity, costing & AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong Finance background, ideally an FM looking to grow & expand their role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hours, overtime & absenteeism stats for HR
- Provide data to Rola & GBS i.e. skills development & headcount data / earnings
- Check & sign off wages payroll
- Month end payments for salaries & wages: SARS, MIBCO, MIBFA, etc
- Monthly finance reporting for CFO: wages & salaries
- Manage staff movement report
- Sign off & check invoices from Siyaya learners, Clinic, Family Planning, etc
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- HR & Finance knowledge 5+
- Advanced knowledge of the Peopleware payroll & HR system
- Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge
- Analytical minded
- Payroll 5+
- Wages overtime stats to MD, CFO
- Coffee & tea stats to Logistics for quota distribution
