Bakery Manager required for a new Retail food store based in East London Job Overview: As the Bakery Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the bakery department. Your role is crucial in ensuring the production and delivery of high-quality baked goods while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a profitable bakery section. Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate bakery staff activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement quality control procedures to guarantee the freshness and quality of all baked products. Food Handling or Safety Certification is highly desirable. 3 years proven experience in a bakery or food production environment, with previous management experience. Experience in retail or grocery store is essential. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
