Job Description
BOND ORIGINATOR / EAST LONDON Our client is looking to recruit a young, dynamic, and enthusiastic Candidate for this role. The Bond Originator is responsible for assisting clients in securing home loans by sourcing, preparing, and submitting loan applications to various financial institutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum: Tertiary education with an NQF Level 5 qualification in Banking, Finance, or related field.
Preferred: Bachelors degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
Minimum of 23 years experience in bond origination, home loans, or a related financial services role.
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of banking processes, credit policies, and lending regulations.
