East London: Qualified Aesthetician / Somatologist, East London

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Aesthetician/Somatologist to join our team in East London. As a key member of our spa, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through your expertise and passion for skincare.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin consultations and perform comprehensive skin analyses
• Develop personalised treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Perform a range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, waxing, and other advanced skincare procedures
• Provide thorough aftercare guidance and product recommendations
• Maintain strict hygiene, sterilisation, and safety protocols
• Stay updated on industry trends, treatment innovations, and skincare products
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
• Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Contribute to social media marketing and client educational initiatives related to skincare, treatments, and product knowledge

Requirements

• Diploma in Aesthetics / Somatology (CIDESCO/ITEC mandatory)
• 2-5 years work experience post qualification in aesthetics / beauty therapy
• Prior receptionist, front desk, hospitality experience beneficial
• Experience using booking systems & spa management software
• Certificate in a range of aesthetic procedures
• First aid certification
• Fluency in English
• Strong product knowledge and ability to prescribe skincare regimens
