TEMP RECEPTIONIST/EAST LONDON (4-Month Fixed-Term Contract) – To provide professional front-desk and administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area while delivering excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Start date 4th May till 7th August Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills in Xhosa Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role Professional appearance and demeanour Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good organisational and time-management skills Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services Schedule and manage meeting room bookings Provide basic administrative support (filing, scanning, data capturing, etc.) Assist with office coordination tasks as required Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders Remuneration – R8,000 per month ONLY ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ATTENDED TO, PLEASE ENSURE YOU UPLOAD A RECENT HEAD & SHOULDER PHOTO AND COPY OF YOUR UPDATED CV.
