About the Role
Working closely with the Creative Manager and Internal Comms, you will interpret briefs from our various businesses across the continent and create content to drive sales and convey a specific message to our consumers. This role also requires you to create content on the internal communication of the business. You will have the opportunity to improve and fine tune your skills while working with a high-profile International Brand. You will be working in a team of 3 Graphic Designers, and report to the Creative Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts that communicate ideas and messaging according to client briefs and brand guidelines
- Develop layout designs for various media (digital, print, social) while maintaining consistency across deliverables
- Collaborate with the creative manager and team members to refine concepts through feedback and revision cycles
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and bring fresh perspectives
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure proper file formats, naming conventions, and organization for easy access and efficient workflow
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- National Diploma/Degree in Graphic Art/Design or related creative field
- 2+ years experience in a similar / Graphic Designer role
- Formal training/certification in the use of Adobes Creative Suite / similar
- Experience using Adobe Creative suite
- Able to conceptualize and produce design layouts for various media (digital, print, social), ensuring all visual assets adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across deliverables.
